Jesse goes to get back his money from Spooge, while Walt reconnects with the woman who his family believes is paying for his treatment.

Ok this episode kind of gave me a fright, i thought seeing Spooge and his Skank in the previous episode just as drug robbers.
This made me feel sick knowing that some kids are living like this, seeing Jesse try to link with the kid also made me feel much better for Jesse...he seemed to care more about the kid than anything he was initially there for

This episode probably officially made Jesse my favorite character. I have the sympathy for him I initially had for Walt.

Notice the beetle at the start and Jesse's attitude towards it...forshadowing for the rest of the episode about how he cares?

Yeah Jesse was displaying new emotions that I thought I would never see on this show. When he saw that state of environment the kid was living in, his heart went out for that kid.
We can all agree that the women was a skank skankity skank, right?

I noticed that too watching it for the second time last night with the old man (not as distracted now that I'm watching in HD on 42 inch LCD T.V as opposed to a 19inch TV in a dorm room
Jesse is not a cold person, he is at heart, warm, with a huge heart. He just made some bad mistakes and decisions in his life (perhaps not exactly given a warm home life?) and we see the results of it. You see this in him a lot, from setting the table at his house, to covering for his brother, to how he cared for that kid. He is a good person, who made some bad decisions in his young life.

Anyone listen to the podcast for this episode on AMC's website? It's interesting to hear what the crew + Aaron Paul have to say.

This was easily Breaking Bad's darkest, most opressive episode to date, yet at the same time, there was a wonderful human side to the story, and a hint of delicious dark humor, too.
